Ingredients
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 12 Medium White Potatoes
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Sour Cream (optional)
At A Glance
Melt one stick of butter, stir in quartered 12 medium white potatoes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
INSTRUCTIONS
Spray 9 x 13 glass baking dish
Melt one stick of butter in baking dish
Peel and quarter 12 medium white potatoes
Place in baking dish and stir in the butter until potatoes are coated.
Liberally sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes plus salt and pepper. Toss to coat then sprinkle cheese over again.
Bake at 375’ for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven at 30 minutes and use spatula to turn potatoes over. This helps brown all sides.
Prick with fork to be sure they are tender inside at 45 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream for dipping if desired.
