Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Seagrapes (washed and stemmed)
- 2 pints of cold Water
- 2 cups of Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil grapes in water rapidly for 20 minutes, mashing the fruit as it boils.
Strain the juice.
Add sugar.
Stir over heat until sugar dissolves and juice boils.
Boil at 223 degrees.
