How long does it take to get out to the ocean from Port of the Islands It usually takes around 45 minutes to cruise from the Port of the Islands to the ocean. The journey includes navigating through a long, no-wake zone canal, providing a delightful and unhurried ride. Bring a cover for sun protection during this slow and scenic route. About half an hour in, you’ll arrive at the expansive and naturally beautiful mangroves before reaching the open waters of the ocean.

Following the vows, indulge in delectable hors d’oeuvres from The Hangout by Two Guys, savor a magnificent wedding cake from Seed to Table, and capture your sweetest moments with a commemorative photo opportunity from Let Me Be Candid Photography. Marriage vow renewals are a heartfelt celebration and are free of charge, while engaged couples looking to tie the knot must pay a $30 wedding ceremony fee and obtain a valid marriage license before the event.

To apply for a marriage license, visit the Recording Department on the 2nd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse or one of the Satellite Office Locations. With limited space available, register early.
