Ingredients
- 8 ounces hummus
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of black pepper
- 2 Tbsp red onion, minced
- 1 cup diced and seeded cucumber
- 1 cup diced and seeded tomatoes
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- ¼ cup sliced black olives

In small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In an 8” x 8” or 7” x 11” glass dish, layer the hummus, yogurt mixture, red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, feta and olives.
