Guava Smoothie & Tips


  • Almond Milk
  • Guavas – Use 3 ripe guavas, with the seeds removed.
  • A Frozen Banana
  • Strawberries
  • Maple Syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Hulled hemp seeds – (optional)


  • If you don’t have a frozen banana, slice and freeze it on a baking sheet for an hour.
  • Core and slice the strawberries
  • Cut the guavas after scrubbing them to remove any wax from the rind.
  • Remove the seeds from the guavas.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Optionally, garnish with a slice of strawberry or guava before serving.
