Hey neighbors! We’ve got some exciting news about our beloved community garden in Everglades City, lovingly hosted by Tod Dahlke. Shoutout to the amazing Denise Horvat and her husband Bill – they’re the real MVPs! When harvest time rolls around, our dedicated volunteers get to take home some fresh goodies for themselves. Whatever’s left over goes straight to the food bank at Everglades City Church, where they’re doing incredible work every Wednesday with a huge food donation. The church is now collecting cleaning supplies too, all to help out our neighbors in need. Come join us in the garden – not only will you get to enjoy some tasty treats, but you’ll also be lending a helping hand to our community. Let’s grow together!
