There is a new café in town, conveniently located in the Glades Building next door to the Everglades Area Visitor Center at 207 West Broadway. Patricia Briggs opened on January 23, serving breakfast and lunch from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. You will find specialty coffee drinks along with Chai Tea Latte to enjoy with a fresh bagel, muffin, or croissant.

There are daily luncheon specials with a variety of bagel/wrap sandwiches such as Avocado Tuna Salad, Turkey & Hummus, Ham & Cheese, Italian, as well as croissant sandwiches with Ham & Gruyere, Salmon & Avocado, Chicken/Tuna/Egg/Crab or Shrimp. Acai Bowls and Granola Parfaits are also on the menu. All fresh products and delicious!
