It is so hard to believe that the summer is over, and school is in full swing! Everglades City School is looking forward to another amazing year with its fabulous students and families. In the coming months we will feature new and “old” teachers as well as highlights from school and athletic events.

The Middle School Team A emerged victorious over the Village School of Naples in two sets (25-21 & 25-10). The Lady Gators had powerful serving from Aria Mitchell, Zay Davis, Madeline Collins, and Amaia Mayberry Rementeria. Cam Fernadez served a vital 6 points in set two. Hitting was on fire! A huge congratulations to the team on a very impressive victory!

Middle School Team A 2 Volleyball 2024-2025

Everglades City School is so proud of our Cross-Country team! The Varsity team competed Saturday, Aug. 24th in the Lehigh Lightening Invite! We are so proud of 10th grader – Alex Cruz and eighth grader – Darian Mendoza! The two earned medals at the meet! Alex earned a MEDAL for placing 16th in the JV! He also had a PR (personal record) time of 22:18! Congratulations to Darian – she earned a MEDAL for placing 11th in the JV with a PR time of 28:46! Way to go GATORS!
