INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp Coffee Ground (for every 8oz of water)
- Water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Boil water over hot coals.
- Remove from heat and let stand for about a minute. (195-205°F will avoid bitterness)
- Add coarse coffee grounds. Stir well.
- Cover the pot, and let it sit for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, stir the grounds again. Let the coffee sit for another 2 minutes.
- Serve. To reduce grounds, add a few drops of cold water and pour slowly. Store leftovers in thermos to avoid overcooking.
