INGREDIENTS
- 3 lbs Stone Crab Claws
- 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter
- Lemon Wedges (Optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse claws under cool running water.
- Place a steaming basket in a large pot.
- Add about an inch of water, keeping it below the steaming basket.
- Cover and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, add the claws and cover the pot.
- Let the claws steam for 5 minutes.
- Promptly remove using the steaming basket or tongs.
- Serve with clarified butter.
