Stone Crab Claws

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs Stone Crab Claws
  • 4 Tbsp Clarified Butter
  • Lemon Wedges (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Rinse claws under cool running water.
  • Place a steaming basket in a large pot.
  • Add about an inch of water, keeping it below the steaming basket.
  • Cover and bring the water to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling, add the claws and cover the pot.
  • Let the claws steam for 5 minutes.
  • Promptly remove using the steaming basket or tongs.
  • Serve with clarified butter.
